Hi,
Is it dedicated pool or floating pool. Or is it Automated full desktop.
1. If it is linked cloned, dedicate or floating you cannot add it back to pool. Your option is create new desktop to user and restore data from affected desktop to new desktop.
2. If is full clone desktop, then you can add this desktop as Manual pool then assign user to this pool.
