What did you do?
The log files in the first screen shot looked useful (according to their size) and the .vmx file looked correct too. Now it looks like you manually edited the .vmx file and tried to boot the VM a couple of times which overwrote all the log files and made them pretty useless!? Please don't try to change anything now or we may loose data! Did you backup the .vmx file prior to editing it or can you restore the original entries?
Anyway, can you confirm the virtual disks were thick provisioned with 50GB for the first disk and 40 GB for the second one?
