ram disk full on ESXi 5.0

Hello,
The vmkernel log on my ESXi 5.0.0 machine is full of the following:

WARNING: VisorFSRam: 227: Cannot extend visorfs file /var/log/ipmi/0/.sel_header.raw because its ramdisk (root) is full.

I have already followed the instructions in KB 2040707 but the error is still happening.  Virtual machines don't vmotion as a result.

Any suggestions?
