Yeah you know the instability and poor performance are caused by many reasons,such as bandwidth ,NIC,or software. If you are using IP SAN ,I recommend you can try other iscsi softwares,such as iStorage Server or Starwind. But iStorage Server maybe a better choice if you'd really like try.
