According to the files in the Avaya package it looks like the VM was converted and the temp files were not deleted, i.e. there's about 60GB of unused files. I'd suggest you shutdown the VM , then CTRL-Click the Avaya package and move the *converttmp* files to another location. Then start the VM and if everything works as expected you may consider to delete the moved files.
