I think we have the wrong or less suited Perc H200 (6mbs) raid controller, as from the comments, I think I need the Perc H700 with 512 mb cache and Battery Pack to improve performance.

I guess I can just replace the Perc H200 and Install the Perc H700?

Yes I did use the custom Dell ESXI 5.1, thanks.
